THE ENERGY DEPOT is a total energy solutions company offering advisory, design and cost-efficient turnkey LPG or biogas installation, retrofit services for industrial, institutional and commercial energy consumers, and sale of induction cookers to households. We also provide efficiency optimization, and enhancement services for existing biomass cooking, and heating technologies across all user categories. Our interventions aim at supporting households, industries, institutions, and businesses to optimize their energy use, install modern, cleaner technologies for cooking and heating that are cost effective, environmentally safe, and sustainable.

To address the challenge of the large upfront investments cost in equipment and accessories, normally seen as a major barrier for LPG retrofits and biogas uptake, we work with select financial institutions to provide financing for the equipment, installation costs, based on the institution's needs.

We have developed a diverse LPG and biogas retrofit, installation and payment scheme that allow industries, institutions, and businesses, to retrofit existing industrial and institutional improved biomass cook stoves with LPG technology, through affordable installment payments over a period of time.

Our retrofit solutions for industries, schools, health and tertiary institutions, and small businesses offer lower cooking and heating costs, cleaner environments, and healthier lives.

To ensure sustainability, and support climate action, we leverage our interventions with planting trees together with our clients onsite, and offsite, to further reduce the carbon footprint resulting from use of energy for cooking and heating.
