Final pricing may include a fixed infrastructure or availability charge plus metered LPG consumption. Terms depend on the audit, credit approval and selected contract structure.

Each project is designed and delivered against the applicable Petroleum Act and LPG regulations, EPRA licensing requirements, relevant KEBS standards, occupational safety and fire requirements, county approvals, environmental requirements and measurement rules. Frequently asked questions.

It can be more competitive on a useful-energy and total-operating-cost basis because LPG is controllable and efficient, while firewood carries handling, storage, loss, smoke and labour costs. The answer depends on your current prices, equipment and utilisation, so we verify it through an audit before making a savings claim.

Not necessarily. Depending on credit approval and project economics, options may include customer funding, bank finance, leasing or a bundled service structure. The payment schedule can be designed around school-term cash flows.

Not always. Where infrastructure is financed, the commercial structure may include a fixed availability or infrastructure-recovery charge, a minimum monthly commitment and a variable charge for LPG consumed. All charges are disclosed before contracting.

They record consumption and support transparent reconciliation. Telemetry can flag low stock, support delivery planning and reduce the risk of unexpected stockouts, while creating a clearer digital record for management and audit.

The commercial and payment plan reflects term calendars and expected consumption. Minimum commitments, if any, are agreed in advance and tested against the institution's operating pattern.

Every site undergoes a technical and safety assessment. The project uses appropriately licensed suppliers and contractors, compliant equipment, pressure and leak testing, fire and emergency controls, staff training, as-built documentation and a signed commissioning file.

A standard private-sector project can often progress from qualified lead to commissioning in about 60–90 days, subject to credit, approvals, procurement, site complexity and construction requirements.
