Not necessarily. Depending on credit approval and project economics, options may include customer funding, bank finance, leasing or a bundled service structure. The payment schedule can be designed around school-term cash flows.
Not always. Where infrastructure is financed, the commercial structure may include a fixed availability or infrastructure-recovery charge, a minimum monthly commitment and a variable charge for LPG consumed. All charges are disclosed before contracting.
